Some Blog articles are more of a “general” interest and would fall into this uncategorized articles of interest category.  Perhaps its a preference of  one chair design over another or answering a question that we hear and answer often from our customers.

Over the years we have also built many special order items and we will blog about these projects in our uncategorized articles of interest section.

Dan Anderson has enjoyed a lifetime of building outdoor furniture products.  With the start in 1984 as a hobby it grew to become a business that has allowed him to raise his family while working with his hands and the hands of his four boys. Uncategorized articles of interest include some of the challenges of starting a business and maintaining it over the four decades.  Recessions can turn into depressions for small businesses and learning to deal with the ups and downs of market trends is just part of the job.

Everyone in the family works in a family business.  That sometimes even includes relatives and friends when needed.  We have been blessed over the last four decades with a wonderful way of life.  Working at home and enjoying what we do with the whole family.

Enjoy your line of work and you will never work a day in your life.  I heard that many years ago and now know that it is true.
