All new arrivals outdoor furniture are assembled then disassembled, marked by location, predrilled and boxed up for packaging. Once we receive your order just follow our pictured step by step instructions and put it back together using your own drill with all the hardware provided. When you finish assembling your furniture you may leave it or choose to seal it if you wish. Here is a link to sealing information.
